Explore soff-cut® technology

Soff-Cut® is a complete system for Ultra Early Entry™ sawing. The main components are an innovative low-weight saw, a low-noise, low-dust blade block and an anti-ravelling skid plate, as well as specially designed Soff-Cut® blades. The system is optimised for use with a powerful Husqvarna dust extractor. Scroll to explore the technology.

Anti-ravelling skid plate
As the blade cuts in an “upward” rotation, the skid plate applies pressure to the concrete surface to prevent chipping and spalling.
Low-noise, low-dust blade block
Allows the operator to work more comfortably and helps stop dust from escaping into the air.
Dust extraction
Ultra Early Entry™ sawing with Husqvarna Soff-Cut® technology is a dry method – no water supply is needed and there is no slurry to clean up afterwards. To ensure efficient dust extraction, use the Soff-Cut® saw together with a powerful Husqvarna dust extractor.
Optimised wheels
The wheels are wide, soft and light, making them optimal for Ultra Early Entry™ sawing without leaving marks on new concrete.
Soff-Cut® blades
Soff-Cut® blades are specifically engineered for Soff-Cut® saws, with a triangular bore to ensure a perfect fit. The blades’ up-cutting rotation helps keep contraction joints free of debris.
To ensure the best possible results, each blade is designed for a certain type of aggregate. The range is available in three performance levels: ELITE, VARI and TACTI.
