The Elite-Cut™ S1610 is a diamond blade designed for fast cutting. It is optimised for corded power cutters with a power output between 3 and 5.5 kW, such as the K 7000. Ideal for use on hard to medium-hard concrete. Also available with segment widths suitable for pre-cutting applications using a chain or ring saw.

Controlled diamond distribution
The diamonds have been carefully positioned and concentrated to achieve consistent wear throughout the entire life of the blade. This delivers a continuously smooth operator experience, from the first cut to the last.
Optimal user experience
The short (20 mm) segments have narrow gaps to increase stability and reduce vibrations while cutting. This greatly improves both the operator's experience and the machine's performance.

Side clearance indicator
This smart segment design helps you know exactly when your blade is worn out. The built-in grooves act as a clear wear indicator: as long as the grooves are visible, your blade has the right clearance for smooth, efficient cutting. When the grooves disappear, the blade and core are fully flat, signalling that no side clearance remains and that it’s time to replace the blade.
Life Indicator
A diamond segment has two parts: the diamond layer for cutting and the backing, a diamond-free layer that secures the segment to the steel core. On user-friendly segments, the wear groove ends where the backing begins, making it easy to see and feel when the diamond layer is fully worn out and the blade should be replaced.
