The new F1600C series has been validated through extensive of real-world testing across a variety of cured concrete conditions, with a focus on cutting stability, wear consistency, operator handling and wider application span. During testing, the blades demonstrated stable cutting behavior in demanding conditions, including reinforced concrete and deeper cuts.

“Customers told us they need tools that adapt, endure, and deliver consistent results across many applications. With the Elite-Cut™ F1600C series, we‘ve made that possible, supported by a new technology platform.”
Jimmi Taybi, Global Product Manager Diamond Tools.

ADV | Aligned Advantage technology for controlled cutting behavior
Elite-Cut™ F1610C ADV is the first Husqvarna flat saw diamond blade to feature Aligned Advantage, a diamond alignment technology in which diamonds are precisely positioned within a metallic bond. By creating an ordered core structure, the technology reduces variation in diamond exposure throughout the segment.

This design contributes to uniform wear and steady self-sharpening, particularly when cutting reinforced concrete and during deep passes. Test operators reported stable cutting speed, improved tracking, and reduced vibration throughout the blade’s service life.

“Aligned Advantage is not about a single performance metric. It is about achieving a more controlled and predictable sawing experience from the first cut to the last.”
Lloyd von Scheliha, Manager, Product Marketing.

Designed for productivity and durability on site
Both Elite-Cut™ F1610C ADV and Elite-Cut™ F1620C are engineered to maintain cutting performance across multiple applications, helping contractors reduce the need for frequent blade changes keeping projects on schedule.

The blades are intended for time-critical flat-sawing applications, including highways, bridge decks, airport runways, and repair work, where reliable cutting behavior and precision are essential.
